Administrative Manager
Your first assignment as an Administrative Manager will include training in production, quality control, merchandising, nutrition and formulation, feed pricing, accounting and credit management, marketing and sales, and quality dynamics. Your first two years may include various location assignments and significant responsibility as you learn.
Once you have demonstrated your understanding of the business, you may become a district Administrative Manager, responsible for purchasing, risk management, feed formulation, merchandising grain and byproducts, pricing, marketing, accounting, customer relations, and distribution.
Entry Level Positions We are looking for candidates with bachelor's degrees in any major, with preference to degrees in:
- Agriculture
- Business
- Economics
- Liberal Arts
- Marketing
Any major will be considered. You must have a 2.5 GPA or higher and a strong interest in working in the agricultural community.
