Official Sweepstakes Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility: Nutrena Ready To Ride Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to persons who are a legal resident of one of the 50 United States and at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of Cargill, Incorporated, and each of their respective related companies, dealers, and agents, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. Subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

2. Agreement to Official Rules: By participating, entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.

3. Sponsor: This sweepstakes is solely sponsored by Cargill, Incorporated (Animal Nutrition Business Unit), 12900 Whitewater Drive, Minnetonka, MN 55343.

4. Timing: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET"), September 15th, 2006, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET, May 31st, 2007 (the "Sweepstakes Period").

5. To Enter: Go to www.nutrenaworld.com and follow the links and instructions for entry. Once you have submitted the required information, you will receive one (1) entry. Online entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period. In the event of a dispute as to any online entry, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Limit: one (1) entry per person and/or email address. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor, and none will be acknowledged or returned. Use of any automated system to submit entries is prohibited and will result in disqualification. The Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, illegible, incomplete, misdirected entries, interrupted or unavailable network server or other connection miscommunications, failed phone or computer or telephone transmissions or technical failure, jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions or other error of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic.

6. Drawing: Prize drawings will be conducted beginning September 22nd, 2006 through May 31st, 2007 as follows: Daily Drawings; 259 Daily Drawings consisting of 5 winners per day (1,295 Total Winners), Weekly Drawings (37), Monthly Drawings (9), Quarterly Drawing (3), Grand Prize (1). Entrants will be included in the random drawing(s) based on receipt of entry and will be included in all draws until the conclusion of the sweepstakes. Entrants are only eligible to win one prize in each prize category. Prize categories are defined as daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly prizes. All entrants, including category prize winners, are eligible to win Grand Prize. The drawings will be conducted on Sponsor's behalf by Interactive Games, an independent judging organization whose decisions as to the administration of the Sweepstakes and the selection of the potential winners are final. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Entrant selected must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. Prize winners will be notified within thirty (30) days of the drawing and they will be posted on www.nutrenaworld.com. Except where prohibited, the potential winners of the Monthly, Quarterly and Grand Prizes will be required to sign and return to the Interactive Games, within ten (10) days of being notified, an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release in order to claim his/her prize. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within fourteen (14) days after the first attempt to contact him/her or if he/she fails to sign and return the affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within the required time period, an alternate entrant will be selected in his/her place at random from among all eligible entries received.

7. Prizes: Daily Prize (1,295): Certificate for two (2) 50# bags of either Nutrena® Vitality®, Life Design®, SafeChoice™, or LiteBalance™ Equine Feed: Estimated Retail Value (ERV) $22.00/each Weekly Prize (37): Big D® Nylon Stable Sheet, marked with the Nutrena logo. ERV $120.00/each Monthly Prize (9): $500 Nutrena Dealer Shopping Certificate redeemable at the Nutrena dealer where winner entered the sweepstakes. Value $500.00/each Quarterly Prize (3): John Deere Gator™ HPX 4x4 utility vehicle. ERV $10,000.00/each Grand Prize (1): 2007 Ford® F-250® Pick-Up truck, 4x4 traction, Crew Cab, 6 3/4' bed, and a Sooner® Equine SE318DX aluminum side 3-horse trailer. ERV $60,000.00 Vehicle shown may not be the actual vehicle delivered. Reasonable efforts will be made to provide the same model and year as shown, or a vehicle with a similar ERV. Prizes do not include spending money, service charges, transportation costs, insurance, taxes and other expenses or items not specifically described as part of the prize in these rules. Failure to accept the prize in accordance with the rules will result in prize forfeiture. Prize is not transferable and cannot be substituted. No cash or other substitution, assignment or transfer of prize permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of greater or comparable value. Any and all taxes and/or fees associated with prize receipt, redemption and use are the sole responsibility of winner.

8. Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes winner's consent to Sponsor's use of winner's name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information, hometown and state/province for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

9. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prizes at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

10. Release: By entering this Sweepstakes, entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Cargill, Incorporated, its affiliates and each of their respective related companies, and each such company's officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt, redemption or use of the prize

11. Limitations of Liability: Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (ii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (iv) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (v) any direct, indirect or consequential damages, or any injury or damage to persons or property, including but not limited to entrant's computer, hardware or software, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of any prize.

12. Entrant's Personal Information: Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's privacy policy, a link to which is located on the bottom of the page at www.nutrenaworld.com. By entering the sweepstakes, entrant consents to sponsors use of entrants personal information for marketing purposes and agrees that such information may be shared with Ford Motor Company, Deere & Company and or Universal Trailer Corporation for similar purposes.

13. Winner's List: For Sweepstakes results visit www.nutrenaworld.com after June 30th 2007 or, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Nutrena Ready To Ride Sweepstakes Results, P.O. Box 3010, Rogers MN 55374-3010. Requests must be received by June 15th, 2007. Vermont residents may omit return postage.
